Did the stun card that said 'ALL' get changed by errata?

I saw an older wording that looked like this stun card affected ALL units, which seemed very strong in stun decks. Was that interpretation ever correct, or is there errata that changes how it works now?

Your reading made sense from the old wording, but the card has errata now. Use the updated text for rulings, and under current wording it does not work as that broad old interpretation suggested.
