While Magma Wurm stays in play, do other friendly units always enter ready?

Magma Wurm says other friendly units enter ready but does not limit a turn count. Does that continue to apply to future turns as long as Magma Wurm remains on the board?

Yes. While Magma Wurm remains in play, its text continues to apply, so other friendly units entering under your control come in ready unless another effect overrides that.
