When can players first score from Forgotten Monument's restriction?

Forgotten Monument says players cannot score until their third turn. A player asked whether that means scoring starts at the end of the second round or the third round. When does Forgotten Monument first allow a player to score a point?

Players start scoring from their third turn. If on your second turn you move in and hold, you can be there but do not score yet; you would get the point at the start of your third turn if still holding. Alternatively, you can wait until your third turn to conquer and score that way. Tianna Crownguard uses different wording about points, which is how you can tell the effects apart.
