How do Rell, Magnetic's reflexive trigger order with equipment play effects?

Rell's reflexive happens after you resolve the long sword, so they trigger at the same time. The reflexive goes pending and checks whether you played an equip; if you did, it finalizes and goes on the chain above the quickdraw. If you did not, it does not finalize and does not go on the chain, so you can order the other triggers.
