Can Sett's legend heal a unit out of Imperial Decree killing it twice?

Imperial Decree creates a kill trigger each time the unit takes damage, but the same trigger does not loop until the unit dies. If the unit survives the damage and Sett's legend replaces Imperial Decree's kill, it is healed and survives. If lethal damage and Imperial Decree's kill both apply at once, Sett can replace the lethal death but Imperial Decree's separate kill trigger will still kill the unit afterward.
