If Vilemaw cannot take enough assigned damage, do attackers survive?

I control Vilemaw with Yuumi attached for +3 Might and Tank. My opponent contests with several units that cannot assign enough damage to kill Vilemaw's effective 11 Might.

Do any of my units die?

No. Opponents must assign damage to Vilemaw first because of Tank. If they cannot assign 11 damage to Vilemaw, none of your units die from that combat damage.
