How are opposing Deathknell triggers ordered and resolved?

Put pending chain items on the chain first for the player with turn order, then the other player. When finalizing targets and costs, start with the turn-order player too. Resolve in reverse order, so the non-turn-order player's Deathknell resolves before the active player's.
