Does Bullet Time damage heal before Elder Dragon makes it lethal?

In a non-combat showdown I play Bullet Time, the showdown ends, then I play Elder Dragon. Do enemy units with Bullet Time damage still die from Elder Dragon's effect, or does non-combat showdown healing remove the damage first?

Units will die. There is no heal at the end of a non-combat showdown, so damage marked by Bullet Time remains and Elder Dragon makes it lethal.
