Does The Harrowing ignore Accelerate's energy cost when replaying Sivir from trash?

If I cast The Harrowing on Sivir in my trash, do I pay 1 extra energy to Accelerate her, or only Power because The Harrowing ignores energy costs?

Accelerate is an additional cost. The Harrowing ignores printed energy costs, not additional costs. Replaying Sivir with Accelerate costs 1 energy and 2 power total.
