Can both players use Star Spring's ability in the same turn?

Player A controls Star Spring. Player B moves in, Player A Ambushes and moves their unit back; Player B conquers and kills the Ambush unit. If Player B then plays a unit to Star Spring, can they trigger it, or has it already been used this turn?
