Does Mask of Foresight trigger again when the same unit defends a second combat?

After Lillia defends alone and Mask of Foresight gives +2, if my opponent starts a new combat at another battlefield where I move Lillia with Smoke and Mirrors to defend alone again, does Mask trigger a second time?
