Do Rengar legend +1 bonuses expire before the opponent's turn after Aurora?

If I Aurora into Kadregrin on my turn after Rengar's legend gave +1 for the turn to units I played, do those bonuses expire before my opponent's turn? Would they still buff Kadregrin's draw?

The +1 bonuses from Rengar expire after resolving Kadregrin's When Played ability. Stun has its own timing and is not a "this turn" ability like Rengar's bonus.
