Can Vilemaw move to Tideturner's location when Tideturner is stunned by Vex?

Tideturner is stunned and cannot move, but Vilemaw can still move to Tideturner's location because it was not played this turn (DAMAYC). The end result is both Tideturner and Vilemaw end up at the battlefield Nern is attacking.
