Does Bewitching Spirit's discard trigger again when moved from base to a battlefield?

My opponent plays Bewitching Spirit to base and I discard. Later they move that same Bewitching Spirit from base to a battlefield.

Do I have to discard again when it moves to the battlefield?

No. Moving from base to a battlefield is not playing the card. If they played a second Bewitching Spirit directly to a battlefield, you would discard again.
