Does a stunned attacker still recall, and can you Ride the Wind or Flash off a Vex battlefield?

Right after combat damage is a special cleanup. If both players have surviving units, attackers' units recall — recall is not a move, so Vilemaw does not prevent it. Overzealous Fan's ability can be paid for and put on the chain but will not move anybody. Flash and Emperor's Divide can be played but will not move anyone to base.
