Does Gutter Palace still win the game if units or the gear are removed after it triggers?

At the beginning of my turn I have 4 units on battlefields and 4 cards in hand, so Gutter Palace triggers and a chain begins. (1) If the opponent kills one of my units before it resolves, do I still win? (2) If they destroy Gutter Palace after the ability is on the chain, do I still win? (3) If I have 6 units and 4 cards, does the ability go on the chain?

Yes, you still win in cases (1) and (2) because the triggered ability on the chain simply says you win the game and does not reference the gear or the board state at resolution. In case (3), having 6 units and 4 cards does not put the ability on the chain because the condition must be met for the trigger to occur at all.
