Can one attacker kill both a Tank unit and another damaged unit?

Player A has a 10-Might Tank unit with 3 damage and a 5-Might unit with 3 damage. Player B has one 10-Might attacker. At end of showdown, can Player B kill both units, or must all 10 Might be assigned to the Tank first even though it already has damage?
