Can Wages of Pain played from hidden target a unit on a different battlefield I control?

Wages of Pain is hidden at a battlefield. Can I use it in reaction to target an enemy 3-Might unit on the opponent's battlefield, or, if I control both battlefields, target a unit on the other battlefield instead? Or can it only target on the battlefield where it's hidden?
