Can I kill two of three 0-2-0 defenders with only 3 assigned damage?

In a showdown I have 3 total Might attacking into three defenders each with 0-2-0 Might.

Can I kill two of the three defenders, or do I need more Might because I cannot split damage 1-1-1?

You can kill two of the three units because you still need at least 1 damage to kill each unit. You would need 4 total damage to kill all three.
