Can Repulse stop one of two separate Deathknell triggers on the same unit?

A repeated Deathknell deals 4 damage to Unit A and 4 to Unit B. Can I Repulse one of those triggers because each trigger selects only one unit?

Yes. Each Deathknell trigger is its own individual trigger, so even if both hit the same unit you could Repulse one of the two.
