Does Star-Crossing Vi prevent her Ambush stun if she wasn't at the battlefield?

If Vi is Star-Crossed before her trigger resolves, she does not stun because "here" becomes null. You cannot react to Fiora, Peerless or purple Kha'Zix to prevent the double once the one-on-one trigger condition is met on the chain.
