Does Moonfall's -2 affect units played after it resolves?

Moonfall is played and fully resolves during a showdown. On a later chain in the same showdown, my opponent plays Nidalee to that battlefield.

Does Nidalee still take Moonfall's -2 Might this turn?

No. Moonfall's -2 debuff only applies to enemy units present at the battlefield when Moonfall resolves.
