Does killing Phoenix as a spell's additional cost trigger Phoenix's replay?

If I kill Immortal Phoenix as an additional cost to cast a spell such as Heedless Resurrection or Sacrifice, does that count as killing a unit with a spell for Phoenix to come back?

Yes. Because the kill cost is derived from a spell, it counts as the spell killing a unit per rule 428.5.b, and Phoenix can replay.
