Can Kai'Sa draw again if you conquer a battlefield you already scored?

Pyke returned a card from a battlefield and I lost control. I then moved in with Kai'Sa and tried to draw on conquer again.

Can you conquer and trigger Kai'Sa on a battlefield you already scored this turn?
