When does Vex's move restriction expire relative to Dazzling Aurora?

Only the opponent cannot move the unit; the Vex player can move it regardless. Vex's "this turn" move restriction expires shortly after Aurora resolves on the Aurora player's turn. Stun has its own expiration timing separate from "this turn" effects.
