Does Switcheroo mistarget if a chosen unit is gone on resolution?

I play Switcheroo targeting two units. Before it resolves, one of the targeted units becomes an illegal target or leaves the board.

Yes. Switcheroo mistargets and resolves to no effect if one of the targeted units is illegal on resolution or no longer on the board.
