Does Thousand-Tailed Watcher's -3 affect units played after Guards!?

Only the units present when Thousand-Tailed Watcher resolved got -3 Might. The unit you play from Guards! afterward is not affected. Watcher reduces to a minimum of 1 Might, so a 2-Might unit goes to 1 and equipment does not retroactively apply the rest of the reduction.
