No. Unyielding Spirit does not block Challenge damage because the unit deals the damage, not the spell. It is also outside of combat, so it is not combat damage. Marching Order and Clash of Giants work the same way. Spell damage specifically comes from spells with the Deal action in their instructions, like Hextech Ray.
