Can Flash save two units from Elder Dragon by moving both to base?

I have a unit on both battlefields and one in base. Elder Dragon enters and targets all three. Can I Flash both battlefield units into base to save two of them?

Yes. When a unit targeted by Elder Dragon changes location in response to the trigger, it will not be dealt damage when the trigger resolves.
