Does the rune created by sacrificing Ekko enter exhausted or ready?

The rune enters exhausted. Killing Ekko as the additional cost for the sacrifice effect always resolves as chain item 2, with the sacrifice effect itself as chain item 1, so the rune is already exhausted by the time Ekko's own effect would ready it. There is no way to reorder this to make it enter ready.
