Is the ruling at riftfaq.net for LeBlanc, Deceiver's Reflection copy still accurate? An opponent claimed it was ruled differently at Hartford. When you conquer or hold, you may discard 1 and exhaust LeBlanc to play a ready Reflection token that becomes a copy of another unit there with Temporary.

Yes, that ruling is still correct. You only choose a target when you finalize the reflexive trigger, so you cannot Gust the target of the regular trigger because there is none. If only one unit conquered, the reflexive ability has only one target. Reacting to the reflexive trigger is different from reacting to LeBlanc's ability itself.
