Can you Flash out of range to dodge Wind and Ghosts?

Wind and Ghosts says choose a unit at a battlefield. If I Flash my unit to base in response, does the spell still banish or bounce it when it resolves?

"At a battlefield" is a targeting restriction evaluated both when choosing targets and at resolution. If the unit is no longer at a battlefield when Wind and Ghosts resolves, the instructions mistarget.
