Can Sett legend only save units with buffs at battlefields, or can it save buffed units in base as well?

Can Sett legend only save units with buffs at battlefields, or can it save buffed units in base as well?
Three questions: Can Sett Brawler's spend-buff ability be used during action/reaction timing? Does Monastery of Hirana's spend-buff-to-draw work from base? When Showstopper moves a character onto a contested battlefield, does combat start immediately or can other units move first?
If Sett spends his buff as the cost for his ability, does he go to 4 Might and then to 8 Might to trigger my Fiora legend's Mighty effect?
Sett, Brawler is affected by Thousand-Tailed Watcher's -3 and would be removed, but a legend effect saves Sett. After that save resolves, does Sett still keep the -3 modifier?
With one card in hand I conquer Zaun Warrens for my 7th point with one unit. Can I discard for LeBlanc's legend, draw from Zaun Warrens, then draw from conquering — or must the 7-point draw happen first?
