Are custom art leader cards like in One Piece allowed? I want to get one but am not sure if it is permitted.
The official distributor in Taiwan has informed local stores that once official tournaments begin, only Traditional Chinese cards they distribute will be allowed. Cards in other languages, even genuine Riftbound products, would not be legal. Does a regional distributor have authority to impose additional language restrictions for Riot-sanctioned events, or does that conflict with global tournament policy?
