I play bellow’s breath and select to deal dmg to an unit with deflect 3 times. Will I have to pay 3 power or just 1?

AsmoI play bellow’s breath and select to deal dmg to an unit with deflect 3 times. Will I have to pay 3 power or just 1?
I have Eager Apprentice on the battlefield, play Fizz, use Bellows Breath and Repeat it. Do I pay 1 Energy 1 Power, 0 Power 1 Power, or 2 Energy 2 Power with Fizz reducing the total?
Does marked damage on units persist into the next turn, or does a particular damage cleanup happen between turns?
Bellows Breath reads: optional additional costs you pay cost [1] or [Rune] less. If I cast it, do I choose to reduce either 1 Energy or 1 Power, not both?
I play Imperial Decree, then Bellows Breath with Repeat targeting a unit at battlefield A and Viktor leader in base. After both take damage, Imperial Decree triggers twice. Which trigger resolves first?
