Do Red Brambleback and Monastery of Hirana miss timing on conquer?

If I conquer Sunken Temple with only Red Brambleback and it buffs itself to Mighty on conquer, can I still trigger Sunken Temple to draw? If I conquer Monastery of Hirana with Red Brambleback, can I alternate triggers to draw two cards?

Red Brambleback doubles conquer triggers. Rek'Sai's legend lets you exhaust her on conquer to reveal the top 2 cards and play one. Would Red Brambleback trigger the ability a second time even though Rek'Sai cannot be exhausted again?
