When can Call to Glory spend Cithria's buff after ambushing with Vi?

On my turn, the opponent has one unit on a battlefield and I have buffed Cithria in base. I move Cithria onto that battlefield, then ambush Vi to stun the defender. I want to cast Call to Glory spending Cithria's buff but have Cithria regain a buff from Vi being played. When can I do that? Follow up: if the opponent Star Crosses Vi, does Cithria still buff and does Vi still stun? When can Call to Glory spend Cithria's buff after ambushing with Vi?

The simple line is Call to Glory before Vi. The advanced line also works: move Cithria, play Vi at combat start, then respond to Cithria's trigger with Call to Glory spending her buff; resolving back to front gives +3, Vi stuns, then Cithria buffs. Cithria still buffs after Star Crossed Vi because the play event happened, but Vi cannot stun because her target is no longer "here" when her effect resolves.
