When can Call to Glory spend Cithria's buff after ambushing with Vi?
On my turn, the opponent has one unit on a battlefield and I have buffed Cithria in base. I move Cithria onto that battlefield, then ambush Vi to stun the defender. I want to cast Call to Glory spending Cithria's buff but have Cithria regain a buff from Vi being played. When can I do that? Follow-up: if the opponent Star-Crosses Vi, does Cithria still buff and does Vi still stun? When can Call to Glory spend Cithria's buff after ambushing with Vi?
