I use Death Grip to try to kill a unit and give its Might to another unit. That unit has Tactical Retreat, which replaces its death by recalling it to base instead. Does Death Grip still give the Might bonus, since I tried to kill the unit even though it didn't actually die?
LeBlanc's Reflection appears as 0 Might before copying and is targeted by Gust. Can I react with Deathgrip to raise its Might so Gust fails, and if that works, does the Reflection keep that bonus after it copies the unit?

I attack with 6 Might vs a 6-Might defender. Can I Death Grip my attacker during damage assignment to send Might to a base unit and still kill the defender, then attack another battlefield with the buffed base unit?
