Can Falling Star target an enemy unit that is in base, or does it only work on units at battlefields?
Falling Star deals two instances of damage. Against a Vex with Deflect that only needs one hit, must I pay Deflect for both instances? Can I target the same unit twice and decline to pay the second Deflect cost?
Falling Star is put on the chain and I want to use Grand Strategem in response. Since Grand Strategem is action speed, can it be used as a response in that timing window?
When an opponent casts Icathian Rain or Falling Star, you can remove your own units with Gust or Recall before the reflexive triggers resolve. A player asked whether the caster must then choose their own units or whether the spell whiffs. If a player removes their own units in response to Icathian Rain or Falling Star, must the caster choose their own units for the reflexive triggers?
If I use Falling Star on a unit with Deflect and choose that unit twice to deal 6 damage, do I have to recycle power for Deflect each time I choose it?
